- Management experience in a similar environment will be a distinct advantage
- Confidence to manage a team
- Flexibility to work hours as required
- Strong food and drink knowledge
- Have a positive attitude, be an excellent communicator with great customer service skills
- As the hotel is located on the outskirts of Woking, having your own reliable transport will be essential
