Social Media Content Creator
Do you love social media? Have you got at least two years of proven experience producing immaculate and beautiful social media content, a passion for copywriting, as well as experience running successful, paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Linkedin and Instagram?
We’re looking for a Social Media Content Creator to support our client's network of offices, helping them create and produce content for Social media. You’ll need to be a great communicator that loves meeting people, as well as being fun and outgoing to extract the best content from our client's staff. Persistence, persuasiveness and creativity will all be assets in this role – so too is the demonstrable ability to produce great and compelling sales copy.
No previous estate agency experience is necessary, although it will be advantageous if you like property or interior design. You’ll be joining a fast-paced, creative and growing Marketing team so part of the role will be supporting other areas of the marketing mix including Direct Mail, Digital Advertising and Review Management.
Required Experience:
– Social media content creation
– Natural ability for composing great photos
– Copywriting
– Experience of using Canva
– Advertising setup and management on social platforms
– Adobe InDesign & Photoshop experience preferred
This full time, hybrid role will be based largely in our client's Marketing HQ in Ripley, Surrey, covering their entire office network as well as some optional home-based working. Travel to locations will be a regular occurrence so being a car owner with a full driving license is essential.
Hours: Monday to Friday 9 am – 5.30 pm
