Experienced Sales Negotiator Required
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the newest, the fastest growing and soon to be; biggest estate agency in Maidstone!
Having only launched a year ago our clients are now listing in the region of 20-30 properties a month and are in need of an experienced senior negotiator who is able to work at pace and under pressure.
The role encompasses everything you would expect for a non-listing, senior role.
• Experience is essential
• Your own transport is essential
• A desire to dominate the local market is essential
In return you will be handsomely rewarded approx. £30,000-£40,000 OTE (Targets dependent on experience)
Base Salary: £19,000-£25,000 per year depending on experience.
