Duties for this role include:
Liaising with sales teams on site/estate agents ensuring information is up to date regarding reservations, property prices and availability
Guiding customers as well as sales teams throughout the process, completing all administration duties along the way
Liaising with customers, solicitors, mortgage brokers/financial advisors monitoring and tracking each sale in order to meet exchange and completion deadlines
Liaising with our solicitors to manage document progression to ensure our client adhere to agreed deadlines
Advising and supporting customers, agents and other team members with sales transactions activity and maintaining data and reporting on these activities to the relevant business channels.

What's in it for you:
£20k basic salary with an OTE between £23k-£24k
Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm **NO WEEKENDS**
