As a Sales Progression Senior Executive, you will need to:
- Manage the file progression process of sales from Sales Agreed to Completion
- Ensure that outgoing documentation is sent to all relevant parties in a timely manner and is fully noted
- Ensure that queries from any parties on a transaction are dealt with promptly and effectively
- Maintain and update system records in a timely way
- Build strong relationships with branch staff and service providers such as Solicitors, FS Advisors, and Surveyors
- Ensure vendors and buyers are aware of the range of services available and upsell where possible
- Develop and apply an understanding of the legal requirements of the conveyancing process
