We are currently seeking a Sales Manager at our clients Esher branch. The role would also suit a Senior Negotiator who is looking for their next move into a more Senior Role.
– To identify & follow up on new leads/business generation
– Carrying out viewings at properties
– Dealing with enquiries via email and telephone
– Helping build up our sales brand
– Various ad hoc duties
Experience & skills
– Experience in property sales
– Experience generating new business/canvassing
– People Management
– Strong administration skills, with excellent attention to detail
– Proficient in Microsoft Office and good general IT skills
– Strong communication skills and the ability to provide a professional and friendly customer service
– Full clean UK driving licence
