Key Responsibilities:
- Working alongside the Business Owners maximizing the overall income and profitability
- Generate new and repeat business opportunities whilst maintaining client relationships and maximizing your customer’s own ambition
- Adopt a positive and motivational approach to stimulate a culture of professional behaviour and customer care at all times
- Be willing to “roll your sleeves up” and do whatever makes “you” and “the company” successful
- Arrange and attend viewings, providing an informative service to all customers
- Manage the sale process from valuation to completion!
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator, Estate Agent, Senior Negotiator or Valuer would be a distinct advantage
- A passion for property is vital for this opportunity
- Proven background in building long-lasting customer relationships is key
- Confident communication skills both personable and professional
