As the successful Sales and Lettings Negotiator you will be generating new business across residential sales and lettings and new homes sales, gaining property instructions, and sourcing suitable buyers and tenants.
As the Sales and Lettings Negotiator you must possess:
- Previous targeted sales or lettings experience in residential or new homes
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport
- The ability to remain calm and focused while under pressure, due to the nature of the working environment and volume fluctuation
- The valid UK driving licence and access to your own Vehicle
