The Role

You will be responsible for driving new opportunities, carrying out relevant property matches and negotiating offers between vendors and buyers. 

Responsibilities

  • Dealing with incoming telephone and website enquiries from potential buyers and vendors
  • Identify and maximise business opportunities
  • Canvass valuation leads and carry out property viewings
  • Working towards and achieving personal and branch targets
  • Negotiating and agreeing property sales
  • Representing the company in a professional manner
  • Build strong relationships with local buyers, investors and property owners

Required Skills and Experience

  • Have strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Enjoy working with the public over the phone and face to face

  • Hold a full UK valid driving licence

 

Working hours

Monday to Thursday 8:45am - 6pm, Friday 8:45am - 5:30pm

1 in 2 Saturdays 9am - 4pm
