The Role
You will be responsible for driving new opportunities, carrying out relevant property matches and negotiating offers between vendors and buyers.
Responsibilities
- Dealing with incoming telephone and website enquiries from potential buyers and vendors
- Identify and maximise business opportunities
- Canvass valuation leads and carry out property viewings
- Working towards and achieving personal and branch targets
- Negotiating and agreeing property sales
- Representing the company in a professional manner
- Build strong relationships with local buyers, investors and property owners
Required Skills and Experience

Monday to Thursday 8:45am - 6pm, Friday 8:45am - 5:30pm
1 in 2 Saturdays 9am - 4pm
