We are looking for a dynamic restaurant Supervisor to join the Team. You will be responsible for supporting the Restaurant Manager with the operation of the restaurant, bar, room service, al fresco dining, lounge, and afternoon tea offering. You will also support weddings and special events as needed. As a supervisor, you will need to be hands-on and experienced in both the restaurant and bar. A passion for service excellence is essential. Knowledge of OPERA, Micros, and SevenRooms would be a distinct advantage.
