To be successful you will need to hit the following criteria:
- You must be a go-getter who isn’t afraid to pick up the phone and develop new business.
- You will be able to hit KPI’s and you will be extremely target-driven.
- You will have at least 1 year of recruitment experience.
- You will like the sound of smashing targets in order to win trips to Las Vegas, Dubai etc.
- You won’t mind jumping on a plane for international conferences and meetings.
