Quality Assurance Executive – Job Spec
The successful individual will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of projects with packages typically valuing between £150k to £4m. You will be working closely alongside the Design Manager to ensure each design is build-able as well as each Project Manager, managing the quality and handovers with each Client. The role will be located at the Head office in Staines with travel to various sites, which are predominately in London and Home Counties.
• Working alongside Design Manager at preconstruction stage.
• Managing/uploading records using Fieldview or equivalent software
• Updating Design Programme
• Reviewing of IRS / RFI trackers
• Troubleshooting any design and installation issues
• Reporting to Director
• Overseeing Snags and variations
• Inspection Test Plans
• Client liaison
• Ensuring installation is carried out to safety guidelines
• Client handovers
• O&M Manuals

The guideline basic salary is £22,000-£28,000 With Travel expenses included however this will be dependent upon the specific skills and experience of each individual.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1.5 years’ experience within Project or QA Management working with a Facades contractor. Most importantly the candidate for this role must be trustworthy, reliable, conscientious, and keen to progress your career further. You will also have to be a highly motivated individual and a strong team player; a consistent employment record is essential
