Purchase Ledger Clerk
Experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk needed for busy accounts department based in Weybridge office within an expanding company. Responsibilities include, but not limited to, checking of invoices and their allocations, contractor payments, dealing with queries internally and externally. Previous experience needed and experience within the property sector a bonus. Knowledge of VAT accounting and good IT skills required. Attention to detail and good verbal and written communication skills are essential.
25 days holiday, 3 to be taken between Christmas and New Year. Company pension available.
May suit a part timer but required to work Monday to Friday, school hours acceptable but will need to work normal contracted hours during school holidays.
The ideal candidate will have a knowledge of service charge accounting, preferably with an understanding of Qube or similar data management system.
The role is based at our Weybridge office.
