Property Manager Team Leader - King's Norton

As a Senior Property Manager you will be responsible for the efficient management of residential properties. The position will involve:
Assist and Support the Senior Branch Manager
Deliver structured and consistent morning meetings to the team
Offer support to the Property Managers
Ensure communication lines are kept open between lettings and PM department
Plan and conduct performance reviews with the team in line with company policy
Assist with recruitment of any new team members
Dealing with conflict resolution
Act as an escalation point for junior members of the team for query resolution and complaints
Act as a point of contact for multi Landlords
On site visits as necessary
To succeed as a Senior Property Manager will be an enthusiastic, conscientious and customer focused.
You will also:
Have previous property management experience
Have managerial experience
Be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
Have strong organisational and time management skills
Have the ability to work under pressure and towards deadlines
Have strong communication skills and confidence in building rapport with a variety of stakeholders
Have a Full driving licence
Be able to work full time to include Saturday Rota
