The Role
As a Property Management Team Lead you will be responsible for the efficient management of a team of 7/8 Property Managers coaching and developing them so they can achieve their key focuses.
Responsibilities
- Support the Property Management team and give directive to achieve KPIs and deadlines
- Manage and coach a team of Property Managers
- Lead 1 to 1s with Property Managers
- Contact for out of hours emergency issues
- Lead by example and deliver strong customer service to all parties
- Running monthly reports
Required Skills and Experience
To succeed as a Property Management Team Lead will be an enthusiastic, conscientious and customer focused.
You will also:
- Be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
- Have strong organisational and time management skills
- Have the ability to work under pressure and towards deadlines
- Have strong communication skills and confidence in building rapport with a variety of stakeholders
