Our client based in Frimley is looking for a Property Manager to join their team.

The role entails the following responsibilities and would require previous Property Management experience:

Property Manager

Dealing with maintenance

Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors

Arranging and conducting property visits

Arranging compliance for properties - Gas safeties, EPCs, Legionnaire Risk Assessment and Electrical checks

Booking check out with inventory clerk

Notifying utility companies of change of tenancy

Tagging keys

Making up files

Dealing with check outs and deposit negotiation

TDS dispute submission

Knowledge of tenancy agreements and renewals
