Are you looking for more responsibility in your Property Management role or feel your current employer doesn’t deal with things as efficiently as they could do?

If this is you then we have the role for you! Our client is based in Camberley but offers the flexibility of being able to work from home a few days a week. The current properties, until now, have been managed by a neighbouring Property Management team but as the portfolio grows, they’re looking for someone organised and experienced enough to take the reins on the Property Management side of things as a whole for this office.


As a Property Manager you will need to:

  • Provide all client’s with property management services encompassing renewals, repairs, deposits and lettings accounts
  • Develop and build strong relationships with key clients
  • Liaise/negotiate between landlords and tenants
  • Meet and exceed both team and individual service standards
  • Investigate and resolve queries and problems
  • Liaise with third party supplier to arrange works to be undertaken
  • Be the first point of escalation to resolve any client care issues


The ideal candidate will:

  • Have excellent communication skills over the telephone
  • Have minimum of 2 year’s property management experience
  • Have accurate administrator skills
  • Be highly organised with an acute attention to detail
  • Be strong enough in character and knowledgeable enough to take charge of all things Property Management
  • Be fully ARLA Qualified
