Property and Account Manager
An opportunity has arisen to work for a the leading Estate Agent in the Hampshire area on a part-time basis. The agent in question is actively interviewing via video now and would like someone to start as soon as their offices re-open.
The ideal person
Our client is looking for someone who has experience in processing incoming and outgoing rental invoices and ideally has experience in using Jupix software. You will also need to have property management experience and understand the rental processes and regulations.
Customer service is key and therefore you must be able to communicate excellently in both verbal and written English. Although not essential, possessing the ARLA qualification is preferred. The successful candidate will enjoy working closely in a team and pride themselves on their attention to detail.
· Allocation of incoming/outgoing accounts
· Payment control
· Ensuring rent is paid on time and landlords receive their money on time
· Pre-move in visits
· Repairs & maintenance organisation
· Property Inspections
· Final Inspections
· Liaise with lettings team regarding condition at the end of the tenancy.
Hours Monday to Friday 9:00 – 13:00
Salary £11 per hour
