VALUATIONS LISTER - PRESTIGE

This is a fantastic role for an experienced Property Valuer / Lister who has a consistent, successful track record within the Estate Agency industry and a high level of experience in valuations.
You will be responsible for generating valuations on properties over £800K bringing in new business to expand the Prestige portfolio.
You will have the ability to build rapport, maintain long term business relationships and be able to work independently, autonomously and also as part of a successful team.
Skills: The skills required for this role will include:
Experienced residential Estate Agent
Listing / Valuations experience essential
Excellent sales ability
High level of customer service skills
Good telephone manner and positive attitude
Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
Knowledge of Woking and surrounding areas helpful
Full Driving License essential
