Our successful and well-established estate agency client are looking for a keen administrator to onboard their team in their office just outside of Reading in Berkshire.
Previous administration experience is vital in order to do this role successfully.
This role is totally what you make it, as you will have the opportunity to grow and progress into a more senior member of the team. If you are interested in accounts or HR, there may also be opportunities to progress into this side of the business. The world is your oyster!
On a daily basis This role will involve the following tasks:
All Ad - Hoc office tasks including filling paperwork opening and date stamping incoming mail
Photocopying
Scanning and binding as required
Checking stationery,
Photocopying/fax toners on a weekly and monthly basis,
Answering phones and forwarding all messages,
Any other duties as requested from time to time
Communicating with staff across all its sites
Supporting the head office team with administration tasks during specific projects Occasional visits to our Branches
This is a Monday-Friday position, 9-5 and the salary on offer is between 16k-18k PA and DOE.
