As a New Homes Sales Negotiator, you will deal with New Homes, from selling off plan to attending launches and arranging viewings.

You will be based from the sales office, ringing through the data base, working with the relevant sales offices and reporting into the developer and the agent.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with customers over the phone and via email
  • Selling homes off plan 
  • Working on site & conducting viewings 
  • Negotiating offers 
  • Offering optional extras to all customers 
  • Sales Progression
  • Attending launches

**It would be on a 4 days on, 3 days off basis.**
