As a New Homes Business Development Manager, you will need to:
Develop exceptional working relationships with new and existing clients to encourage repeat business and recommendations
Be responsible for Client management of all New Homes developer clients for the region
The ideal candidate will:
Have previous New Homes Estate Agency experience and customer service experience
Be target driven and tenacious, with a proven track record of achievement
Be a skilled sales person able to secure financially profitable instructions and sales opportunities on behalf of the company
Be motivated and enthusiastic at all times
Display high standards of service and presentation
Demonstrate ideas and initiative around plans for market growth
Be a car owner with a full driving licence & be insured for business use
