Job Purpose:

To deliver exceptional customer service to our housebuilder clients throughout the lifecycle of a new home's development.

To ensure that sales targets are met in line with our client's expectations and working in conjunction with our entire branch network.  

To generate and deliver innovative marketing initiatives through the pre-launch, launch, and ongoing marketing process for each of our developments and working closely with our housebuilder clients and their marketing agencies.  

To maintain excellent internal and external weekly reporting.

To generate additional income for the company through mortgages, conveyancing, part exchange, assisted move, and lettings referrals.

To aid the New Homes team in producing comprehensive pricing advice and maintaining robust market research across the branch network.

To support the New Homes Manager with generating new business for the department and nurturing current and future client relationships. 

Internal working relationships with:-

Land department, Managing Director, Residential Office Managers, Residential Lettings Directors and Mortgage Advisors where appropriate

External working relationships with:-

Business contacts within developers including one-off builders through to national PLC house builders.

Solicitors and mortgage brokers

Land & New Homes Network and its associated member agents

 

Principle Accountabilities:

To ensure exceptional client relationships are maintained

To generate fee income from new homes sales and associated peripheral business opportunities for the group.

Providing all-around sales support for the New Homes Team enabling them to focus on winning new business and evolving the Group’s new homes strategy. 

Job Challenges

To ensure that exceptional client service standards are delivered both in verbal and written communications

 

To balance customer demands whilst delivering the shared objectives.  

Developing new relationships with clients not already working with the Group.

To maintain tenacity needed to ensure our branch network provides the level of support required to achieve our objectives.

Creating systems and processes to enable greater capacity for handling more business.

 

Additional Information:

Whilst the role is primarily focused on delivering exceptional service to our clients, it is expected that due to the employee having sales experience that they will offer a positive input into the day-to-day running of the department and assist with business development.
