Main Purpose of Position
The main purpose of this role is to advise Clients over the phone and face to face, recommending a suitable product based on their individual needs and circumstances, ensuring the delivery of high standard customer service and compliance with FCA rules & regulations at all times.
Key Deliverables & Responsibilities
Mortgages
● Converting leads into meetings.
● Holding face-to-face meetings with the client either at the office or in their home or distance calls if not possible.
● Quickly establishing rapport with clients and building relationships.
● Preparing the Fact Finds from a full financial review with the client.
● Managing the research and analysis of financial products to meet Client requirements.
● Preparing client financial plans and recommendation reports.
● Log product sourcing on the 360 system.
● Create an Agreement in Principle and provide it to the client.
● Keying of full application on Lender systems or passing of case to Paraplanner to complete.
● Submit all required documents to the lender (or pass to Paraplanner).
● Liaise with the client to obtain all required documents and sign-offs as required.
● Log all documents on the HLP system for compliance checks or liaise with Paraplanner to do so.
● Log case on all Registers or liaise with Paraplanner to do so.
● When an offer is ready to be made, contact clients to discuss meeting for Protection if not done so already.
● Deal with any issues that require Adviser input, as appropriate
Protection
● Converting leads into meetings.

● Preparing the Fact Finds from a full financial review with the client.
● Managing the research and analysis of Protection products to meet Client requirements.
● Complete medical questionnaires as required.
● Apply to Provider or liaise with the Paraplanner to input the application in 360 system and Provider systems.
● Preparing client recommendation reports via the Sourcing system.
● If terms are produced, log policy terms on the HLP system.
● Pass to Administrator once a case is deemed compliant.
● Undertaking any other duties or tasks asked of you by your Line Manager.

● Ensuring compliance with all relevant Quality standards/procedures on your site. This includes reporting any deviations from these standards/procedures, completing corrective actions, and making recommendations to prevent similar deviations in the future.
