They support our Mortgage Brokers and ensure that our clients have the best possible journey.
Duties would include but are not limited to the below:
- Supporting our Mortgage Brokers wherever necessary and helping the team to deliver company objectives
- Processing mortgage, insurance and protection applications
- Understanding and adhering to the compliance framework
- Treating customers fairly at all times
- Working within all areas of the business to drive revenue
