Our client is looking for an experienced Lettings Manager to join a very established team in their Brighton branch who is keen and hungry to drive business in the area.
Collectively, the team have over 40 years' worth of industry experience and are looking for someone who would be able to get in and get involved.
This branch covers Brighton and Hove and the nearby areas of Worthing, Littlehampton, Shoreham, Portslade, Patcham, Peacehaven, Newhaven and Seaford. Local knowledge would offer a huge advantage as this would lead to a high level of service being provided to the client.
They are looking to offer the successful candidate up to £27,000 basic with an OTE of £50,000 with the opportunity to earn a drip on the turnover on top of personal commission!
