This remains true to this day, as they have evolved into the area’s favourite estate agency. Not necessarily striving for “world domination”, they just want to make sure that they give their clients and customers the very best level of customer service and professionalism.
They currently hold a 97% recommendation rate, so they are doing something right!
They are looking for a Lettings Negotiator to join their team. On a day to day basis you will match people to their ideal property, deal with property portal leads, book and conduct viewings, negotiate offers, value and list properties and manage a desk of clients.
In return, you can expect to receive on-target earnings to be in the region of £35,000-£48,000 (depending on experience) with a strong basic salary. Your working week will be based on Monday to Friday 8:45 am to 6 pm and Saturday (on a rota basis) working the hours of 9:30 am until 4.30 pm. This is worked on a three-week rolling rota, working six days on week one, five days on week two and five days on week three.
