We are looking on behalf of a fantastic client of ours for an experienced Lettings Negotiator or Valuer. It's imperative that this person lives in Reading or one of the surrounding villages such as Early, Lower Early, Woodley and Tilehurst as they are looking for someone who knows and has preferably worked in the area so that they know it like the back of their hand in order to provide the best level of service to their clients.
Lettings Negotiator Requirements:
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- A professional, positive, ambitious and enthusiastic approach
- A strong customer focus
- Desire to meet and exceed targets
- Intermediate MS Word, Excel, & Outlook skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Must be ambitious and highly motivated
- Superb negotiating skills
- Being responsible for negotiating lets
- Should have previous Residential Lettings experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- Local knowledge of the required area
