Progress your career with a leading local lettings agency. Our client is searching for an experienced Lettings Negotiator who is looking to grow within the company quickly. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a thorough knowledge of the whole lettings process. Confidence is essential, you will demonstrate an amazing telephone manner with the want to build rapports and a genuine love for helping customers.
On a day to day basis you will match people to their ideal property, deal with property portal leads, book and conduct viewings, negotiate offers, add properties and manage a desk of clients.
In return, you can expect to receive on target earnings to be in the region of £22,000 with a strong basic salary and a car allowance. Your working week will be based on Monday to Friday 8:30 to 18:30 including every other Saturday working the hours of 9:00 until 17:00. You will receive 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, rising to 22 days holiday per year plus bank holidays after 6 months. Due to working Saturdays, you will receive 5 days of holiday bonus per year also.
