Intermediate MS Word, Excel, & Outlook skills
Full UK driving licence
Must be ambitious and highly motivated
Superb negotiating skills
Being responsible for negotiating lets
Should have previous Residential Lettings experience
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent organisational and planning skills
Local knowledge of the required area
