This is a varied position- Our client is a market leader and a very successful Estate Agents and are looking to recruit an experienced administrator with a lettings or property background. This lettings administrator position encompasses aspects of property management as well as general lettings admin.
The ideal candidate should have a mature attitude, excellent computer skills and have a good working knowledge of the property sector.
Daily duties include
1. To answer the telephone and deal with any customer/client enquiries. To take messages where necessary and pass them on to the relevant person.
2. To welcome people coming into the office and deal with any enquiries they may have.
3. To open the post and deal with the answer phone messages.
4. To arrange any viewings at properties for applicants and if necessary accompany applicant to viewing.
5. To maintain and record an accurate list of the allocation and movement of property keys
6. To process application forms upon receipt.
7. To confirm and propose a new tenancy on the computer and follow the necessary procedures.
