Our client is a growing residential developer who pride themselves on their product quality. Due to continued growth, they are currently looking for a Land Buyer to work in their head office.
The ideal candidate will have successfully worked in land acquisition and will understand the process of sourcing and valuing land. You will have negotiated and executed option agreements and be able to demonstrate a track record of identifying strategic land opportunities.
You will have drive and tenacity with a can do attitude. In return, the company will provide the funds and backing in order to successfully purchase sites, offer leading bonus schemes and offer a great, social working environment.
As a Land Buyer or Senior Land Buyer, you’ll also work closely with our client’s planning, construction and design teams on a day to day basis. The role is fast moving and sociable; you’ll liaise with Local Authorities, Estate Agents and Land Owners on a day to day basis. You will support our clients land team to investigate and appraise all possible sites for development.
