Junior-Mid Graphic Designer
Our client is looking for a junior to a mid-weight designer to join our client's group marketing team. Reporting to the Group Marketing & Creative Director, you'll work on a diverse range of media including brochures, social media, digital advertising and print campaign creation. Sometimes working on templates and also create new designs following brand guidelines.
The successful candidate will need to be a great communicator with a good work ethic and will be responsible for managing multiple projects at the same time. Our clients are looking for someone who can think creatively to develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts. You will be proactive and passionate about delivering thoughtful, well-crafted creative ideas and be able to prioritise your own daily workload, manage multiple large and small projects from start to finish, and regularly to tight deadlines.
No previous estate agency experience is necessary, although it will be advantageous if you take an interest in property or interior design. You'll be joining a fast-paced, creative Marketing team, as such, you will be asked to participate in other areas of the marketing mix demand arises. You'll become a truly integral member of a growing marketing team serving 20 independently owned and run estate agency offices, working collectively under our client's estate agency brand.
Required Experience:
- InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop Essential
- Deliver exceptional results from a given brief
- Ability to work to tight timescales and under pressure
- Experience of using Canva
- Proven experience in designing for both print and digital
- Photo retouching
This full time, hybrid role will be based largely in our Marketing HQ in Ripley, Surrey, covering our entire office network as well as some optional home-based working. Being a car owner with a full driving license is essential.
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm
Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum.
