Reporting to the Head of IT the IT Administrator will be responsible for user setups, first and second line support, system training and server/application performance monitoring.

Duties:
- New starter setups across core systems and third-party applications
- IT support and training to on-site staff and remote users (c.400 user base)
- Escalation of second and third-line support to senior support team
- Liaise with third party support teams for additional technical support
- Maintain and administrate core systems built on a QuickBase platform (low-code)
- Maintain the private and public cloud server environments (Rackspace, AWS)
- Maintain wide range of integrations – Access, Zapier, Think Automation etc
- Manage G Suite users, maintain company security protocols and safeguard company data
- Assist with project work as required
Ideal candidate:
- Experience supporting Mac, PC and Windows servers (Linux experience useful but not required) across a remote user base
- Excellent communication skills
- AWS experience (training and professional certification will be provided)
- Android / iOS troubleshooting
- Excellent general IT Skills - MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access or SQL
- An understanding of relational databases, (experience with SQL Server admin desirable)
- Experience liaising with 3rd party suppliers
- Experience documenting processes and configurations
- Excellent level of attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm under pressure, consistently meeting sometimes challenging deadlines
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated team player with the ability to work under own initiative and autonomously
