They are set to supply high-quality, creatively designed homes to discerning buyers based in London and the Home Counties.
The Role:
My client are seeking to employ a Graduate to supplement their Land and Planning activities in SW and W London, Surrey, Hampshire and Berkshire.
Initial key responsibilities:
- Agent and Landowner Networking and Liaison
- Assessment and Prioritisation of New Opportunities
- Processing of New Contracts
- Supporting the Planning Process
Skills and Background:
We are looking for an outgoing and sociable self-starter with the ambition to grow their role within the company equal to the company’s own ambitions for growth.

- Knowledge of building stages
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong IT skills, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel
