Key Responsibilities
Drive FS sales activity from advisors.
Escalate underperformance and put in place performance management.
Provide FS-related training to advisors.
Oversee the induction/mentoring of newly employed advisors
To ensure time management of the advisers' diaries
Work with the compliance team to ensure best practice.
