This is an exciting opportunity to join our Head Office in Bracknell as Financial Services Account Manager.
As an Account Manager, you are responsible for Branch and Head Office Financial Services income generation V key department and Branch Financial Services opportunities.
To drive FS income and activity from CGEAL staff, in particular through team motivation, one to one performance review meetings, generation of local league tables and positive success PR.
To escalate underperformance to Life FS Directors and put in place individual action plans to rectify via CGEAL approved performance management processes.
To provide FS appointment generation training to all relevant CGEAL staff with particular emphasis on getting new starters up and running quickly.
To assist with the induction/mentoring of new LIFE FS employed advisers with particular emphasis on ensuring the correct CGEAL branch environment and processes are created and that appointments are delivered from adviser start date to ensure new advisers start writing business quickly.
To drive adviser recruitment activity and attend interviews and recruitment evenings.
To further develop FS penetration of CGEAL Lettings, Corporate, New Homes and Commercial, in particular ensuring that we have adequate adviser coverage for new homes launches and that advisers have sufficient prior information when attending such events.
To create and internally distribute weekly league tables for CGEAL Branch and Head office staff by department, region and individual.
Maximise the business opportunity available from FS by ensuring all potential leads are identified and followed up to conclusion, with re referrals being made where necessary.
Work with Chancellors and Life Financial Services Directors to ensure Branch teams generate required levels of FS first appointments by implementation of correct LIFE FS branch and head office process, performance management process and Broker SLA requirements.
To train and coach new starters on CGEAL/LIFE FS processes in order to get them to deliver target levels of first appointments as soon as possible in their new role.
To target underperformers for additional training and coaching to get them to the target levels of first appointments, reviewed monthly with the branch and department managers.
To work with Chancellors Regional Management to ensure that the relationships between branch staff and brokers is going well and to step in where required to avoid escalation of issues and to escalate issues where required.
Highly professional with strong personal presentation.
Experience required in an account management type role or an estate agency role at manager level or above.
Excellent communication skills over the telephone and face to face to ensure the development of strong working relationships.
Able to take a lead role in driving department activity and sales conversion.
Enthusiastic and proactive with a strong work ethic.
Able to liaise with employees confidently and professionally.
