We are looking to recruit motivated, ambitious Property Professionals in the Huddersfield & Wakefield region, who will become an important part of our Franchise, whose business is going from strength to strength. Key Responsibilities:

  • Working alongside the Business Owners maximizing the overall income and profitability
  • Generate new and repeat business opportunities whilst maintaining client relationships and maximizing your customer’s own ambition
  • Adopt a positive and motivational approach to stimulate a culture of professional behavior and customer care at all times
  • Be willing to “roll your sleeves up” and do what ever makes “you” and “the company” successful
  • Arrange and attend viewings, providing an informative service to all customers
  • Manage the sale process from valuation to completion!


Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator, Estate Agent, Senior Negotiator or Valuer would be a distinct advantage
  • A passion for property is vital for this opportunity
  • Proven background in building long lasting customer relationships is key
  • Confident communication skills both personable and professional
