We have an exciting opportunity within our Commercial Agency department based out of our busy Farnham office.
The post will involve all aspects of commercial agency and you will join the larger, regionally based, successful and growing agency team (other offices in Camberley, Woking and Weybridge).
Applying your expertise, you will be responsible for the marketing and promotion of our clients property disposals and letting opportunities (industrial, office, retail, investment, and land). You will also be responsible for providing search and acquisition advice to retained occupier clients and asset management advice.
You will be confident in dealing with colleagues and clients, at all levels, delivering consistently high-level assistance through effective communication, prioritisation, multi-tasking with a ‘can do’ attitude. Using your own initiative, you will maintain and grow existing client relationships, and generate new business opportunities.
Business development skills are vital as you will be expected to be an ambassador, attracting new instructions / clients and delivering the highest level of service.
You will need to be highly organised and entrepreneurial with a proven track record in Agency. (MRICS qualified would be ideal but is not essential). You are currently working at a senior level elsewhere, needing no direct supervision.

The Team in Farnham consists of 6 people, 3 agency surveyors, 1 building surveyor, a Landlord & Tenant / Valuation surveyor plus an office manager / support.
