Client Engagement Executive
Our client is looking for a national Client Engagement Executive with a proven track record of client development and new business primarily gained within the property sector. A strong collaborator who will work closely with their sales leaders, to ensure that they are delivering best practice to their clients. Based in Wokingham, Berkshire, our client is one of the UK’s leading providers of estate agency marketing services.

The Client Engagement Executive will have a key role in assisting new and established customers make the most of their accompanied virtual viewing platform. The Client Engagement Executive will provide ongoing support on GotoView throughout the life-cycle of their contracts.
The Client Engagement Executive has a key role in the building, maintaining and growing relationships between the client and their customers by offering the very best support and going above-and-beyond for those they assist. The role requires someone brimming with enthusiasm, confident, adaptable and someone that is not only ready to learn in a new and exciting environment, but someone has lots of ideas and is happy to express them.
Location: Berkshire Offices although the Client Engagement Executive will also be required to attend customer site visits.
As part of our Sales Function, your key responsibilities will include:
Develop and manage relations with business lines at multiple levels within the business
Develop and manage relations with key client stakeholders.
Identify initial solution requirements through discovery sessions with clients.
Comfortable supporting scoping and pitch/proposal activity
Act as a Subject Matter Expert for our GotoView product.
Act as the conduit between our client and new customers to complete the GotoView on-boarding and implementation process.
Organise and deliver training on GotoView to customers either in person or remotely.
Assist with both pre and post-contract commencement support queries from customers.
Provide best in class 1st line support throughout contract lifecycles.
Support development of technical and operational strategy.

Qualified to degree level or equivalent work experience
Experience of property sector
Very strong presentation skills, excellent verbal and written communications skills
