Having undergone significant refurbishment, it now offers a dedicated 10,000sq ft ballroom, conference, meetings and wedding venue, 67 bedrooms, serviced offices and guest gym, making this one of the prime venue choices in the Surrey region.

We are looking for a dynamic hotel Assistant Restaurant Manager to join the Team. You will be responsible for supporting the Restaurant Manager with the operation of the restaurant, bar, room service, al fresco dining, lounge and afternoon tea offering. You will also support on weddings and special events as needed. As Assistant Restaurant Manager you will need to be hands-on and experienced in both the restaurant and bar. A passion for service excellence is essential. Knowledge of OPERA, Micros and SevenRooms would be a distinct advantage.
