Our client is one of London and Kent’s most successful and ambitious property companies and they now have 39 offices and 10 Divisions. As they expand further they are looking to appoint an Accounts Assistant in the fast-paced Property Management Team at our clients brand new headquarters in Bromley, Kent.

The role will involve invoicing, bank reconciliations and managing payments to third party contractors and suppliers. 

The position requires daily communication with landlords, tenants, third party suppliers and the property management team; it is, therefore, essential that applicants are confident communicators, keen to investigate queries and enjoy working as part of a team.

Some previous accounts experience is a necessity. You will be smart, highly organised with excellent numeracy skills and knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Training and support will be available to the right candidate.

The position is permanent and will provide an opportunity for the right candidate to progress in one of London's leading Estate Agencies.

Key responsibilities:

  • Invoicing
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Accountancy data entry
  • Processing rental payments
  • Administering move-in funds
  • Managing payments to contractors and suppliers
  • Preparing financial reports
  • Processing refunds and deposit returns
  • Investigating accounts queries and finding a resolution
  • General administration

The successful candidate will be:

  • An effective communicator, verbal and written
  • Well-presented and articulate
  • Proficient in Excel

Salary: From £18,000 to £24,000 per annum (Depending on experience)
