Account Manager Duties:
Hybrid based role so responsible for the daily / monthly planning of diary to achieve targets set across all conveyancing platforms
To source and register mortgage brokers onto the Broker Conveyancing system - then provide the broker with the key benefits to sell the service to their clients.
Pro-actively find and create own hitlist of brokers/firms to target
Once signed up put the broker on a pathway to develop into a regular source of instruction, by fully presenting the skills required to utilise all benefits of Broker Conveyancing
Continuously pro-actively hunt, source and register new brokers, whilst developing existing broker portfolio
Maintain regular contact with all brokers via phone, email and face to face visits
Work in close partnership with the office-based ACM team to establish a process of contact for individual broker/firm and enhance the value of our proposition.
As portfolio of brokers grows in numbers use your own individual workflow/portfolio as guide to create and monitor activity
Categorise all brokers/firms within portfolio to take control of working pattern
After categorising of brokers strategically identify key actions to develop individual brokers/firms.
Attend monthly review meetings with all key providers.
Use MI data to monitor performance and identify areas of development, then use for setting targets and expectations.
Manage own diary to balance the prospecting, retention and development of all accounts.
Create monthly working plan to ensure all areas of business are covered.
Assist brokers with ongoing cases - liaising with fee earners to gain updates, liaising with ACM team to gain updates where applicable and when required take further action via partner contacts at law firms
Assist brokers with the placement of new matters, answering queries and guiding brokers to the correct law firm.
On a monthly basis record, compile and report all personal results to Directors for monthly review meetings
Attend monthly review meeting with line Managers & review broker workflow/portfolio with ACM team
